1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and acg67 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing the acg67 website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion offered by acg67, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the acg67 platform.

acg67 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and at our sole discretion. Where changes are material, acg67 will notify registered players via email or an on-site notification. Your continued use of the acg67 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. 2. Account Registration

To place bets or play casino games on acg67, you must first register a player account. Registration on acg67 is free of charge. Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the acg67 platform. Opening duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all accounts associated with the same player, forfeiture of any balances held therein, and cancellation of all pending bonus claims.

2.2 Account Credentials

Upon successful registration, you will receive login credentials for your acg67 account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. acg67 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. You must notify acg67 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Age Restriction & Verification

By completing the registration process on acg67, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. acg67 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Acceptable proof of age documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or any other government-issued photo identification confirming date of birth.

Where acg67 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player may be under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification. If a player is found to be under 18, any winnings accrued during the period of underage use will be voided and forfeited, and the account will be permanently closed. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the originating payment method after deducting any losses already incurred.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

acg67 operates a Bangladeshi Taka wallet for all player accounts. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in BDT. 4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit on acg67 is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by acg67, however individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may impose their own transaction limits per day or per transaction. Deposits via mobile financial services are typically credited to your acg67 account within seconds of payment confirmation. acg67 does not charge any fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

acg67 will not accept deposits made with funds derived from illegal activity. By depositing funds on acg67, you confirm that all monies deposited are legitimately your own and are not the proceeds of any criminal or fraudulent activity.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on acg67 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification checks. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket transactions during normal operating hours. Processing times for Visa and Mastercard may be longer depending on your card issuer.

acg67 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Where bonus funds have been credited to an account, the associated wagering requirements must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Withdrawals of original deposit amounts are not affected by active bonus wagering requirements unless otherwise stated in the applicable bonus terms.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the acg67 platform are final once confirmed. acg67 does not allow the cancellation of confirmed bets under any circumstances other than those explicitly set out in these Terms or in the applicable product-specific rules. Bets placed in error due to player mistake (wrong selection, wrong stake amount) cannot be voided or refunded.

5.1 Sports Betting

Odds are displayed in decimal format by default. acg67 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been suspended, cancelled, or abandoned before the minimum required play time has been completed, as defined in the applicable sport rules.

In-play (live) betting is available on selected events. In-play odds are updated in real time and are subject to change or suspension at any moment. Any bet accepted before a mid-event odds suspension will be honoured at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation, subject to standard settlement rules.

5.2 Casino & Slots

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses credited to an acg67 account carry a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies the total value of bets that must be placed before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; any bonus not wagered within the validity period will be forfeited without compensation.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

acg67 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus — and to suspend or permanently close the associated account — where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using automated betting patterns designed to exploit bonus mechanics; placing offsetting or hedged bets to reduce risk while satisfying wagering requirements; and collusion between multiple accounts to generate artificial wagering volume.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Players must use acg67 solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in good faith. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the acg67 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the acg67 platform in any way.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in platform software for financial gain. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to acg67 support immediately.
• Attempting to launder money or use the acg67 platform to conceal the origins of illegally obtained funds.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing acg67 staff or other players through any communication channel.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

acg67 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct; failure to complete required identity verification within the stipulated timeframe; receipt of a chargeback or reversal from a payment provider; or any other situation in which acg67 determines that continued account operation presents a risk to the platform, other players, or third parties.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your acg67 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon receiving a closure request, acg67 will process any pending withdrawal of verified available balance to your registered payment method before closing the account. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel they may have a problem with gambling are encouraged to utilise acg67's self-exclusion facility. Self-exclusion can be requested for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked, and you will not be able to access it, deposit funds, or place bets. This includes losses arising from bet outcomes, game results, technical malfunctions, payment processing delays, or any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security. acg67 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors, and scheduled or emergency maintenance may cause temporary interruptions to access.

8.4 Amendments to Terms

acg67 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision is noted at the top of this page. Continued use of the acg67 platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
